By creating an account or using Take Root eXp ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Take Root eXp is a community-driven workflow execution platform. Users can create and join communities, publish and complete guided workflows, verify step completions, follow other users, and invite others to participate. The Service is designed to help eXp agents get plugged in, stay accountable, and execute on proven processes.
The Service uses open registration. You may create an account using an email address and password or through Google OAuth. During onboarding, you will choose a unique handle and set up your profile. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Communities are created and managed by their owners. Community owners and moderators are responsible for enforcing their community's standards, managing members, and reviewing verification submissions. The Service provides tools for community governance but does not actively moderate individual communities.
Community owners may change community settings, visibility (public or private), and permissions at any time. Moderators may edit community information, promote or demote members, and remove members. Owners cannot be demoted or removed.
Workflows published on the Service are created by users, not by Take Root eXp. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any workflow or its steps. You use workflows at your own discretion and risk.
By forking (copying) a workflow, you create an independent copy that you may modify. The original creator retains no control over your forked version, and you have no obligation to keep it in sync.
You retain ownership of content you create on the Service, including community descriptions, workflow steps, profile information, and uploaded images. By posting content, you grant Take Root eXp a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish. Do not post content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or harmful. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Users may invite others to join communities or enroll in workflows. Invitations may be sent to existing users or via email to people who do not yet have an account. Email invitations generate a shareable link. You agree not to use the invitation system for spam or unsolicited outreach.
If you sign in with Google, you authorize us to access your email address and name as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails (invite notifications, verification results, join request updates) and optional digest emails. You may manage your email preferences in your account settings or unsubscribe via the link in any email.

The Service's design, code, branding, and original content are owned by Take Root eXp and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. User-generated content (workflows, community descriptions, uploaded images) remains the property of its respective creators, subject to the license granted above.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you agree to those practices.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or the Service. Community owners and moderators may remove members from their communities in accordance with their community's governance.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Workflow content is user-generated and we make no guarantees about its accuracy or effectiveness.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Take Root eXp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including damages arising from user-generated content, community governance decisions, or third-party services.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
